Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and preparation before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

• Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volume periods.
DEFENDHER BY AMBER is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing their order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, DEFENDHER BY AMBER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Returns
Due to the nature of personal safety products, returns may not be accepted on opened or used items.
Returns may be considered for:
• Incorrect items received
• Damaged products upon delivery
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
